Bringing candidates on board for a six month contract before hiring them on as a permanent member of your team gives hiring managers the opportunity to review a candidate's qualifications and performance while on the job. This type of engagement style allows you to acquire a genuine understanding of each employee and how s/he will best fit on their team.  At the end of the six month contract, you will have the option to propose full time employment at no additional fee.

Processes

Our screening process is methodical and meticulous.  For any candidate we have identified as a prospective employee, we conduct personal interviews, reference checks and background checks upon request.  Our diligence does not end when a hire is made.  Rather, we conduct a thirty day review and regularly check in to ensure that you remain satisfied with our placement.
